It was perfectly clean and the staff were tremendously helpful, beds were really nice.

Exceptional location, the restaurant was lovely and the service was thoughtful. Room was completely renovated and I loved that it had a luxury bathroom. Breakfast was marvellous, I tried splendid bangers, slices of fresh bread, pastries and cakes. A market and the shops were right next door. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was delightful. The pool was excellent and I had warm drinks in the English bar.

The location was perfect, the staff was willing to help. I enjoyed the proximity to the shops and a supermarket in Krakow. My stocked room had a modern bathroom. They made my stay warm!

Stuff where knowledgeable and also we liked our stay. New-fashioned unit with a simple decor. Ideal location to krakow's rynek glowny central square.

It was in a good location, just walking distance from subway station. The hotel is near to st mary's basilica. We appreciated the bed, which was comfortable. We had a nice stay

i recommend you to eat at morskie oko, that is set 500 metres away. i greatly enjoyed service and facilities, the hotel had everything i required for my trip. i visited main square that was 10 minutes' walk away. it is really close to the airport.
